Actually - I’ve … Actually - I’ve the best of both worlds. I’m a prof and had enough “free” time to visit the construction and demo sites to capture the processes. So - no need to give up anything - just look for the back doors that open these sorts of opportunities. For me, chalk it up to luck

Yes - the … Yes - the explosives were set to only drop the columns and caps. Separately, the bases were drilled (30 ft) and then imploded. I’ll upload a few of these
