The animated series characters are all depicted as being in their actual teen years, 14-19, leaving Robin being 17, Starfire being 16, Cyborg being 19, Raven being 16 (turns 17), and Beastboy being 14, as the director says, in season 1 and 2.

Terra is 16 and it is implied that Slade was having sex with her before her death

   I wouldn’t really call this an anime series, although it does take from some common anime visuals.

   I would say that they range in age from 12 to 17 with Cyborg looking like he’s the oldest.

   If you’ve ever read any of the original comics (from the 80s in particular), you’ll see that they are older than their animated counterparts.
