Gotta love the sexism of the times… Wonder Girl faints in front of the monster, though she’s the strongest of the quartet! 
Full of the era’s poor animation, but great orchestrated music!

It was 5 minutes because it was part of a bigger show-the Superman hour, so it had to go in between other episodes and I guess the Titans weren’t as well known back then.

I’m not sure why these cartoons are only five minutes.;the only reason that I can come up with is that these cartoons are obviously intended for little kids, and the producers and/or writers were afraid that the kiddies’ attention spans would be too short and they would be bored by a story that took more than five minutes to tell.

The animation is …
The animation is actually pretty good, but all the action and dialogue have to be squeezed into five minutes, which is why the characters talk fast and the story seems rushed. Plus, the aliens in this story remind me of the villians in the hour long “Superfriends” cartoons;they don’t mean any harm, but unintentionally cause trouble.

Creatively 210 is so right about Wonder Girl in this cartoon:it’s one thing to get clobbered by the monster like Kid Flash does, but Wonder Girl takes one look at the monster and just faints like in front of him;maybe the monster has bad breath. then, when Wonder Girl recovers and ties up the monster with her magic lasso, instead of taking the monster down with her Amazon strength, she has Kid Flash do it! And I thought that Wonder Woman on “Superfriends” was bad!

not sure why all of the videos from the filmation series from ‘68 (which I loved as a kid) start with the ridiculous Superfriends music. It’s easy to tell the difference from the Filmation soundtrack that runs through the episode.
