I have to do a project on her and I don’t know if it is, but wikipedia says it is and so do 2 other websites but those also got it from wikipedia so if anyone knows please answer and include refrences.

   I’ve read it has been off of Wikipedia like you. I’d try checking Raven’s official website for news about the certification. Also, Billboard.com might have something on it.
