You’re probably talking about ‘Ms. Jackson’ by OutKast, which contains the lyric, ‘I’m sorry Ms. Jackson, I am for real.’ I also misheard this one, and used to think that instead of ‘I’m sorry Ms.’ that it was someone’s first name, like ‘Solomis Jackson’. Wouldn’t Solomis be a cool first name? I am for real.

I think it has a pretty good beat also.

   It’s Ms. Jackson by Outcast. The Line you’re thinking of goes "I’m sorry Ms. Jackson, I am for real."
