Hi I just need to find out what ATX motherboard I can use , thats NEARLY the same as a hp6205, Maybe so sites where i can also buy these?

It will be cheaper and all around better if you just buy another computer. The issues you will run into down the road wont be worth repairing. Computers are only made to last so long. If your not going to take my advice, id suggest going to newegg.com or tigerdirect.com. They have the best prices.
